We are delighted to announce details of our second wine dinner with Balfour winery, on Thursday 10th April 2025. A special Balfour Wine Dinner Menu includes English asparagus, morels, egg yolk and watercress, paired with Sage’s Ortega 2023, and a dish of warmed Tunworth, rhubarb and bacon crumb, paired with Blanc de Noirs 2020. Priced at £150 per person, including wine pairings, this is an evening not to be missed!
