Private Dining

Our new private dining rooms are located on the first floor, and are perfect for lavish dinner parties, working lunches, parties and Sunday lunches.
The Turner room seats 8 guests and is named after landscape artist Joseph Turner who painted ‘St. Mary’s Abbey with the Cascade’. This beautiful abbey is located opposite us on Swan Street.
The Barton room seats 12 guests and takes its name from commercial photographer Freda Barton. Barton and her family moved to Police Station Road in 1905. Her photographs include local gentry, their houses and a wide variety of subjects of exceptional quality in and around West Malling.
We would like to thank The Malling Society for the inspiration behind naming our private dining rooms. The Malling Society work to preserve the rural character of West Malling and are custodians of The Freda Barton Collection.
